Straight from my heart – A glimpse into what makes my fellow Panelists so very precious to me.
In 2009, the first Disney Cruise Line (DCL) Specialist was added to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel. This position was first held by veteran (2008) Panelist Kim L. In 2010, Karen (from 2009) sparkled at the helm for a year. Andi (from 2010) became the DCL Mom in 2011 and the addition of the Disney Dream kept her incredibly busy. In fact, guests planning to set sail with Disney sent an overwhelming number of questions in to the site last year which necessitated the addition of 2 Disney Cruise Line Specialists for 2012. Marisol (who joined the Panel family in 2011) was selected for one of the spots due to her impressive experience. She helps guests plan in English and Spanish! Also, for the first time ever, a brand new Panelist was chosen as the other Disney Cruise Line Mom. Nancy joined the Panel this year and she brought a wealth of knowledge with her. Together, they have assisted countless guests in planning their magical voyages.
I met Nancy last December when I traveled to Disney World to welcome the newest Members to the Panel Family.

A Mom of 2 from Georgia, Nancy and her husband love that both Walt Disney World and Port Canaveral are only a short plane or car ride away. Nancy enjoys running, shopping and spending time with her family.
I didn’t have very much of an opportunity to visit with Nancy last December. The Cocktail Reception flew by and we only had a few brief moments to speak. Here is Allison chatting with Nancy, Laura and Lori…

Immediately upon meeting her, I discovered what a quiet, sweet person Nancy is. She has a warm smile and a gentle nature. I look forward to getting to know Nancy more through the years and hope to utilize her experience as I plan my very first Disney Cruise Line vacation with my family next year!
